Its a 1 day event at Putnam and i'll be there again. Its held be www.curvechasers.com and its $130 for 1 day. Just wondering if any of you are going to attend.

they must have changed the rules. the new rules say saftey wire is not required but you must silicone the filter, filler cap, and drain bolt.

Good fun, all!

Even though it was only a half day, still great to turn some laps. We ended up with 4 usable sessions instead of the planed 7.

Hope the crasher(s) will get well soon.

Thanks again to the asphalt-junkies for helping to load my bike and gear. I did make it to work on time. See ya next go 'round.

BTW: How did the 2nd day go? ...And post up some videos, please.

The second day was OK. Wet track in the AM, got 2 good dry sessions in before lunch. Lunch was moved to 1:00 though. The last session of the novice group 3 bikes went down in T1. One rode away, one went to ER via Ambulance and one went POV to the ER. Had to wait till the ambulance came back to start and the rain started in 5 minutes after the session started. It was coming down in buckets and pails. Most packed up and left. Very few incidents today considering the weather.

The second day was OK. Wet track in the AM, got 2 good dry sessions in before lunch. Lunch was moved to 1:00 though.

So 2 sessions is all you guys got? That sux...


The last session of the novice group 3 bikes went down in T1. One rode away, one went to ER via Ambulance and one went POV to the ER.

Was this a pile-up or three individual crashes? Sound pretty bad either way.

The second day sucked!!!!!!!! I got 1 wet/dry run and 1 totally dry run. Also like someone said they took an hour lunch just as the sun was comming out and as soon as luch was over the rain came in. I only have 1 video and its from the stands of me getting my best time ever(118.6). If any of you were in expert you are probably in it. It was great to hang out with you again Fernando(sp?)and hope to see you at more track days! Speaking ov video where is yours lol!
