10 am meeting for brekkie at Frisch's Wards Corner
11 am leaving

But then the usual question: "Where do we go"?

Here is a suggestion: Why don't we all head down to the Granary?
http://www.localriders.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=5706&highlight=Granary

I hope I will be able to join you on 2 wheels - it all depends if Ray can get my bike fixed before the weekend.

This thread is for the SCRC, or anyone else who would like to join us.

So does this mean you are doing SCRC and not KY this weekend?

Right now I don't know if I am riding at all. If I won't be able to get it back Saturday morning, I will have brekkie with the SCRC (can you say "cheesecake"!) and probably follow you all down in my car. I don't plan on doing KY 10/22 again this weekend.

Someone's thinking a month ahead. Shouldn't it be SEPTEMBER 26th?

Thanks, Pam. I am not myself today.

I will get it fixed.

I'll be there!

(To answer the obvious "who the devil are you?", I'm the new guy with the Nighthawk from the Saturday before last. Had a great ride then, looking forward to another!)

It was good to see everyone this morning at Frisch's. I think this was one of the better turnouts we have had for a Sunday ride. I do hope Eric got his Bimmer running okay. I felt bad about leaving him and Robin but, Robin said he had it under control.
Now, leave Vera alone so she can get the pics of the dyno runs downloaded and published!!
By the way, I was told by a German citizen, not Vera, that it is correct to call BMW's "Bimmers" and not "Beemers".:p

I am not 100 % sure, but I have never heard anyone in Germany calling BMW's "Bimmers".

Joern, Eddie: what do you have to say?!?!??

Okay, the German citizen I referenced was pretty drunk at the time too, maybe he wasn't really saying "Bimmer" :o

Bimmers are cars. There is a magazine with that name. Bikes are Beemers. Broken Beemers are bummers.
