I can get there too... I dropped the ball with Joey Mathews at KingsKars and need to call him and see is his team gonna be there!! I would assume they will be and wanted to do some PR work capturing videos and pics... may get jammed at work early saturday so I've been trying not to promise anything yet!

I'll update friday afternoon..

later

Is this the event that WTUE has been advertising on the air? I only heard the commercial once or twice, but couldn't find anything about it on their website tonight. I thought I heard "AHRMA" in the radio promotion, and something about drag racing maybe too?

I'm thinking about taking the boys tonight, so how do you get there and what time does it acctually start.....

Is there an extra fee for the pits, just in case someone needs help........

To get there, take 275 to the US50 Lawrenceburg exit in Indiana (the only IN exit). Which way around you go is up to you.

Anyway...

At the end of the exit, turn left. The motorcycle track is about 2 miles or so west on US50. The track is on the right. It is directly opposite the Argosy Casino entrance.

The $7 to get in includes access to the pits. Children under 12 $4.

Thanks to Greg, Pam,and Bill the boys and I had a good time. Got to watch the carts(boys loved that) and all the bikes. Even had the opportunity to see a guy ( old enough to be my grandfather) race around on an old flattrack bike.....

May be more of us should try it....

Also saw kids from 7-10 racing, lots of fun....;)

congrats to all holeshot riders at l-berg. all our riders finished in the top three!

amazing ride by pete 'smokey pete' sheppard!2nd in 500 1st in 30+(this makes three wins for Pete in the 30+)

the track looked real slippery due to light rain but all the racers stuck it out and put on a great show
