1972 French movie "CONTINENTAL CIRCUS

I stumbled on this-- the title caught my eye-- it's what it was called back then. From 1972. A French film (in English with French subtitles). Haven't watched it all yet. One scene that starts around the 6:20 mark looks like Brits loading into either the ferry for the IoM or to cross the channel.
"A real story about a sport before intrusion of money, sponsors and so on ... Great music (Gong). No actor, only real people in this movie, no tricks, the races are true races. The story of Jack Findlay reflects the life condition of all private motorcycle driver in this time. Giacomo Agostini appears as a prefiguration of what we experience today in motorsport (and also in the other sports)."
Hope you enjoy

Wow, just caught the first 10 minutes or so. I am definitely going to take the time to watch it.

Agreed. Into the first 20 minutes or so, and still riveted.

Great find, Bob!

God bless those that died. It is because of them we have the gear that protects us. Given hitting a wall will not save you're hide.
Leave it to me to bring God into the discussion.
