Rim Repair in Cincinnati

Rim Repair in Cincinnati

Found a local shop that will straighten motorcycle rims in Cincinnati.
Dropped off front and rear rims for my CBR 600 RR Track bike.
Both had 2 - 3 good bends in them.
When I got them back they were within factory spec.
Ran them at Mid-Ohio 2 weeks ago with no vibration.
Only bummer is he doesn't straighten rotors.
Good pricing too. See link. Tell him Andy 4est sent you.

Re: Rim Repair in Cincinnati

I used him to repair a bent car rim and, while the shop does not look like much (few yrs ago), he did a great job and the price was in line with others.

his place looks like a garage until you walk in it. lol

I don't feel bad about it!
Those both look to be hidden in other threads.

Not implying that you should. Just think that it's somewhat funny that anyone who thinks they are the first to suggest something will likely find that it has already been said or done before, somewhere.

I meant I thought I told you specifically about them. Must have been someone else I told.

I personally try not to re-post.

Re: Rim Repair in Cincinnati

You guys may or may not know Cliff is a former racer and a VERY good one, I believe he drove sprint cars. I think he had some health issues a few years back. Good to hear he's back working. I haven't talked to him in a few years, maybe since he was on my old radio show "Pit Talk", really good guy.

Re: Rim Repair in Cincinnati

I don't think legend is overstating it, seems he ran Indy too.
